摘要
基于热力系统的全面分析计算方法,对1000 MW超超临界机组增设低温省煤器的设计特点以及经济性收益进行了计算及分析。结果表明:通过采用合理方案设置的低温省煤器,可使机组热耗整体降低约40 kJ/(kW·h),经济效益明显。
Based on analysis and calculation on thermodynamic system, detailed calculation and analysis were conducted to the design features and economic benefits of a 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical unit added with a low-temperature economizer. Results show that the heat rate of unit could be reduced by 40 kJ/(kW·h) through reasonably arranging a low-temperature economizer, indicating significant economic benefits.
