火力发电厂脱硫烟道旁路封堵后机组可靠性研究

摘要 评估了脱硫系统旁路封堵后脱硫系统及机组存在的主要风险,特别是对于2台引风机和1台增压风机的烟风系统存在的问题,提出了利用增压风机跳闸后动叶全开作为烟气通道进行增压风机RB控制设计。实践表明:这一措施获得试验成功,提高了设备的可靠性,对火力发电厂脱硫烟道旁路封堵工作的实施具有一定意义。 An assessment was made to major risks possibly existing in the desulfurization system of a power unit after its desulfurization bypass flue duct was blocked, with focus on problems concerning the 2 induced draft fans and 1 booster fan, to which RB control design was proposed for the booster fan by fully opening the moving blades as the flue gas passage after tripping of the booster fan. Results show that the method has helped to improve the reliability of relevant equipment, which may serve as a reference for similar necessary blocking of desulfurization bypass flue duct in thermal power plants.
