两种根管再治疗器用于下颌前磨牙根管预备充填材料去除效果比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨Pro Taper Universal和Hero Shaper根管再治疗器用于下颌前磨牙根管预备充填材料去除效果差异。方法选取单根管离体下颌前磨牙共150颗,分为A组和B组,各75颗。其中A组采用Hero Shaper根管再治疗器行根管填充材料去除,B组采用Pro Taper Universal根管再治疗器行根管填充材料去除;比较两组根管填充材料去除所用时间、推出根尖孔碎屑量及不同部位根管壁残留充填物积分等。结果两组根管填充材料去除所用时间差异无统计学意义(>0.05);B组推出根尖孔碎屑量显著少于A组,B组根尖1/3根管壁残留填充物积分显著低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(均<0.05);两组根中1/3和冠1/3根管壁残留填充物积分差异无统计学意义(>0.05)。结论 Pro Taper Universal根管再治疗器用于下颌前磨牙根管预备充填材料去除可有效减少推出根尖孔碎屑量,提高根尖部清洁度,疗效优于Hero Shaper根管再治疗器。
