摘要 在分析智能变电站发展前景的基础上,针对现有变电站视频监控系统不足,提出了变电站一体化智能监控系统的思想。对一体化智能监控系统的功能定位、需要解决的关键问题、系统总体框架设计进行详细阐述。提出变电站视频监控应由固定监控和移动监控2部分构成,重点解决辅助运行人员倒闸操作、设备自动远程巡检问题,并兼顾变电站安防、环境监测等,提高了变电站辅助系统投资效能和变电站一次设备智能化管理水平,充分体现了智能变电站信息化、自动化和互动化的特征。 Based ou the analysis of development prospect of intelligent substation, this paper puts forward the design thought of intelli-gent monitoring system of suhstatiun intenation. The intelligent monitoring system functions, the key proHem and the main frameworkof system design are elucidated in detail. Substation video monitoring is divided into two parts: stationary and mohile surveillance moni-toring, solving the switch operation of auxilim operator and automatic remote monitoring, as well as taking into account the substationsecurity and environmental monitring, which can improve investment efficiency of substation and the management level, as well as il-lustrate the characteristics of information, autumalion and interaction.
