This paper discusses the effects of bus-tie breaker closing asynchronization for the system. Bus equal potential is obtained asthe essential condition for bus recovery energigization through analyzing bus recovery, energigization steps. Two sels of feasible operalinnmethods are worked out, lJle selected scheme can recover bus energigization based on the spot connection mode and reliability analysis.
