Research on a Hundred Year History of Hmong Language in the Genealogy of Global Hmong Studies

在世界苗学的知识谱系中,苗语的研究具有十分重要的地位。19世纪60年代以来,众多海外专家和学者一直关注苗族语言的研究,取得了丰富的研究成果,涌现出了大量研究文献,但国内学术界对其所知不多,仅限一鳞半爪,不利于学术对话和国际交流的开展。为此,对一百多年来海外学术界苗语研究的文献资料进行梳理,同时简要分析其发展特点,并对未来相关领域的研究趋势进行展望,无疑是一项有利于推动中国苗学研究与国际学术水准相接轨的工作。

Hmong language research plays an important role in the academic genealogy of global Hmong Studies, and since 1960s the foreign experts and scholars has been making research on Hmong language ~ They have made great achievements with a large number of research papers, which is not popular with the domestic scholars and experts who are specialized in the Hmong language research. Therefore, it creates the gap between the domestic research and international research in the aspects of academic exchange.
