互联网金融和传统金融的博弈思考

On the Thinking of Competition between Internet Finance and Traditional Finance

凭借移动通信技术的普及化和大数据优势,互联网金融正在冲击着传统金融,但不足以动摇传统金融的发展地位。传统金融也通过各种手段反击入侵,但其自身的局限性给了互联网金融可乘之机。通过分析互联网金融和传统金融各自的优势和劣势,并运用博弈论分析了金融市场未来的发展趋势。在分析的基础上得出结论:全球经济正在重大转折过程中,双方相互合作才是正确的道路。

By means of the popularity and advantage in big data of mobile communication technology, internet finance constantly exerts its impact on the traditional finance but it is not enough to shake the development of the status of traditional finance. Although traditional finance adopts various means to counterattack, its limitations provides internet finance with a certain chance. Through respectively analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of internet finance and traditional finance, this paper adopts the game theory to analyze the developing trend of financial market in the future and on the basis of the analysis makes a conclusion that the corporation with each other is on the right track to develop economy when the global economy is in the significant transition process.
