摘要 介绍了玻璃纤维用传统型胶黏剂存在的缺陷与不足,阐述了生物基胶黏剂的发展情况及其在玻璃纤维行业领域里的应用,重点介绍了新型生物基胶黏剂在玻璃纤维湿法薄毡领域中的应用情况,并展望了生物基胶黏剂的发展前景。 Urea formaldehyde,phenol formaldehyde and phenol urea formaldehyde have been traditionally used as binders in fiberglass insulation. However, formaldehyde has been classified as a known human carcinogen by the In- ternational Agency for Research on Cancer. Thus, environment-friendly bio-based binders have emerged to replace traditional resin binders. The developments and applications of environment-friendly bio-based binders are reviewed in this paper, with the highlights on the application of novel bio-based binder compositions in the field of wet-laid fi-berglass mats. The future development of bio-based binders is forecasted as well.
