摘要
介绍了1975年到2012年玻纤池窑拉丝过程控制中的数学模型的获取、控制策略的实施与PID参数整定的研究与设计工作;给出用"比值法"、"从飞升曲线快速自寻最佳传递函数"等从飞升曲线上求解被控对象数学模型的新方法;通过一座池窑主控对象的数学模型测定、控制策略的工业实施,提出了PID参数整定的新方法,得到了该窑一个完整数学模型网络;同时介绍了当今池窑拉丝的部分控制通道数学模型、控制策略与实际运行时的PID参数,为池窑DCS控制系统组态与投运提供较完整的设计资料。
In this article, the author reviews the researches and designs on the process controls for direct-meh fiber- glass furnaces, such as the establishment of mathematical models, the execution of control strategies and the setting of PID parameters,in the period from 1975 to 2012, proposes new solutions for mathematical models of controlled objects by means of response curves, and introduces the mathematical models, control strategies and actually-used PID parameters for some control channels in the current direct-meh fiberglass furnaces, hence providing fairly com- plete informations for the configuration and commissioning of DCS control system for fiberglass furnaces.
