内蒙古地区低能耗居住建筑费用效益分析

Low Energy Consumption Residential Building Cost and Benefit Analysis of Inner Mongolia Cold Area

本文采用全寿命周期费用原理分析内蒙古严寒区低能耗居住建筑费用效益的构成,并对低能耗居住建筑进行费用效益分析,选取净现值、动态投资回收期、收益和费用比率作为费用效益分析指标。以内蒙古包头市某高校低能耗学生公寓为例,对其进行能耗分析和经济效益分析,最后通过对比非节能居住建筑,采用全寿命周期费用方法进行分析,证明了低能耗居住建筑的经济效益具有一定的优势。

The article analyzed low energy consumption residential building cost and benefit structure of the Inner Mongolia cold area by using the theory of whole life cycle cost. The indexes including net present value,dynamic payback period of investment,income and expense ratio were used in the cost benefit analysis. Putting a low energy consumption in colleges student apartments in Baotou city of Inner Mongolia as an example,the energy consumption and economic benefit were analyzed. Then analyzed the whole life cycle cost by comparing the not energy-saving residential buildings. The results proved the advantages of low energy consumption residential building on the economy.
