海南省首届中小学体育教师教学技能比赛述评

Review on First Teaching Skills Competition of Hainan Elementary and Secondary Physical Education Teachers

运用文献资料、专家访谈、现场观察和比较分析等方法,对海南省首届中小学体育教师教学技能比赛进行了全面调研,包括:组织规模、比赛项目、双操与队列队形、教师技能与传统体育展示、模拟课堂教学等七项内容。旨在力求全面具体、客观真实地探索出基础教育体育教师教学技能的现状及其存在的问题,为不断深化我省体育教学改革、交流教学经验、提高教师教学技能和业务水平提供重要的参考和借鉴。

The methods of literature, expert interview, observationcomparative analysis are used. The first teaching skills competition of Hainan elementary and secondary physical education teachers include ： organization size, events, callisthenic exercises, eye exercises, queue formation, teacher skills and traditional sports display. To strive for a comprehensive specific and objective truth in exploring basic education stage sports teachers＇ current situation and existing problems of teaching skills, to constantly deepen the reform of physical education in Hainan province, this thesis provides important reference for the purpose of exchanging experience in teaching, improving the level of teachers＇ teaching skills.
