摘要
针对变频器三相逆变器开关管常见的开路和短路故障,研究了三相四开关运行方式的故障容错拓扑结构。当逆变器开关管发生故障,故障相桥臂被切断,故障相绕组切换到直流侧母线电容中点,重构为三相四开关运行方式驱动电机继续运行。相比传统用于容错的并联冗余拓扑,减少了装置体积和成本。此外推导了永磁同步电机在三相四开关运行方式下的SVPWM算法,分析了直流母线电容电压不平衡对电机运行的影响和修正方法。仿真分析表明,三相四开关矢量控制具有较好的性能。
A three-phase four-switch strategy is proposed for the inverter short circuit and open circuit. Once the fault occurrs,the fault phase will be separated from the circuit directly and connected to the DC bus capacitors. The topology has changed for that the motor can run constantly. Compared with the traditional parallel redundant fault-tolerant topology,the three-phase four-switch operation mode can reduces the system cost and saves space. The SVPWM algorithm is derived in this paper,and operated in Matlab. The result proves that it is useful for the inverter fault.
