摘要
通过对比综合评价了高性能聚羧酸减缩材料(SRA-PC)对混凝土减缩效果、早龄期开裂性、和易性、强度和抗氯离子渗透性的影响。结果表明:SRA-PC对混凝土具有明显的减缩效果,有效改善了混凝土的早龄期抗裂性;SRA-PC在新拌混凝土中具有良好的减水效果和保坍性能;SRA-PC的添加对混凝土强度不会产生不利影响,能明显提高混凝土抗氯离子的渗透性。
The influence of the high-performance polycarboxylic acid shrinkage-reducing materials( SRA-PC) on the shrinkage-reducing effect,early-age cracking performance,workability,strength and chloride ion diffusivity of the concrete are comparatively is estimated in this paper. The results show that the SRA-PC results in a greater shrinkage reducing ratio,and early-age crack resistance of concrete are improved efficiently. SRA-PC has better water-reducing effect and slump performance in concrete mixture. SRA-PC does not has a certain negative effect on the strength of concrete,and can drastically improve the Chloride ion diffusivity of concrete.
