摘要 为了选择合适的包装材料,预测产品的货架寿命,生产包装厂家和研究单位需要一种能自动、准确、全面地测量O2,N2,CO2及仿真空气渗透率的测试仪器。采用压差法测量气体的透过率,并通过ADUC848硬件和软件实现对气体渗透率的自动检测,做到测试温度、压力、湿度等环境可进行自动调节,并能与上位机进行数据通信,各种测试参数可以很方便存贮在上位机内,以便进行分析。实测表明,该设备对温度、压力、湿度、渗透率等参数测量精度高,达到了食品包装行业的设计要求。 To select the suitable packaging material,and forecast the shelf-life of the products,a test instrument which can measure O2,N2,CO2 automatically,accurately and roundly,and simulate the gas permeability needing by the production and packaging manufacturers and research institutes. The differential pressure method is used to measure the gas permeability,in which the automatic testing system is realized by ADUC848 hardware and software. The environments of test temperature,pressure and humidity can be adjusted automatically,and conduct with data communication with the upper computer. Various test parameters can be stored in the upper computer conveniently,which is easy to analyze. The actual measurement shows that the tester has high measurement accuracy for the parameters of temperature,pressure,humidity and permeability,and can achieve the design requirements of the food packaging industry.
