Three Issues Concerning Agriculture,Countryside and Farmers are Foundation of Realizing Chinese Dream

"三农"问题过去是、现在是将来仍然是中国社会主义现代化进程中的重要问题。以习近平同志为核心的党中央以实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的历史视阈,从我国经济社会长远发展的大局出发,阐述了推进农村改革发展具有方向性和战略性的重大问题,全面分析"三农"发展面临的形势和任务,研究制定深化农村改革、加快农业现代化步伐的重要政策,以战略眼光、务实精神、创新意识和底线思维为基本特征,坚持和发展了我们党的"三农"理论,提出了一系列促进"三农"发展的新观点新思想,是指导当前和今后"三农"发展的重要理论依据。

Three issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers are not only important in the process of China＇s socialism modernization today,but also essential in the past and in the future.From the perspectives of realizing great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the CPC central committee which centers around Xi Jinping illustrates promoting rural reform and strategic direction from the overall situation of the long development of China＇s society and economy.It analyzes the situation and tasks of＂Three Issues＂,and formulates the policies to deepen reform in rural areas.It also upholds and develops the theory of the＂Three Issues＂,which takes the strategic vision,spirit of pragmatism,innovative consciousness and thinking of bottom line as the basic characteristics.A series of new ideas about how to promote the development of agriculture,countryside and farmers are finally proposed to guide the current and future＂Three Issues＂development.
