于1988年11月至1989年12月,在实验室内研究了秃病蚤吸血率和吸血量与时间的关系,以及对不同鼠体的吸血活动。结果证明,蚤的吸血率和吸血量随吸血时间的延长而增高,当吸血时间为10分时,雌、雄蚤的吸血率接近100%。吸血时间为1分和5分时,雌蚤的吸血蚤数多于雄蚤,而10、15和20分时无差别。在不同吸血时间内,雌蚤的吸血量和吸血体节数均比雄蚤大;在不同鼠体上,雌、雄蚤的吸血率和吸血量无差别。并观察了秃病蚤蒙冀亚种的叮人情况。
From November 1988 to December 1989, we explored the relation between blood-sucking percentage and blood-sucking capacity of Nosopsyllus laeviceps Kuzenkovi with changing the blood-sucking time, studies blood-sucking activity of fleas kept on various hosts and experiment of human in the laboratory.
The percentage and capacity of fleas is affected by change in the blood-sucking time, percentage of fleas approaches 100% in 10 minutes. The ralation between the percentage and time of fleas may be expressed by the curve males: Y=11.7598.X^0.7634(r=0.9790, p<0.01); females: Y=26.7171 X^0.4926 (r=0.9689, p<0.01). The percentage is higher in females than in males in 1 or 5 minutes, and that of females is not different than that of males in 10.15 and 20 minutes. The relation between the capacity and blood-sacking time may be expressed by the straight line: males Y=35.6064×10^(-3)+7.1969×10^(-3).X(r=0.9882, p<0.01): females Y=44.5518×10^(-3)+5.2335×10^(-3).X(r=0.9786, p<0.01). The capacity and the number of segment contained blood is greater in the females than in the males in every blood-sucking time, there are not different between the percentage and the capacity when kept on various hosts, the capacity and segments of blood-sucking is greater in females than in the males kept on various hosts.
Nosopsyllus laeviceps kuzenkovi can bite human and suck blood in hungery condition.
