摘要
目的:探讨围生期心肌病合并心力衰竭的治疗体会。方法:回顾性分析32例围生期心肌病合并心力衰竭患者的临床资料。结果:治愈26例,无效4例,死亡2例。结论:围生期心肌病合并心力衰竭的患者应尽早规范化治疗,同时避免诱发围生期心肌病合并心力衰竭的发生。
Objective： To explore the treatment of peripartum cardiomyopathy（PPCM）complicated with heart failure. Methods： The clinical data of 32 cases of perinatal period cardiomyopathy complicated with heart failure were retrospectively analyzed. Results：Twenty-six cases were cured, 4 invalid, 2 dead. Conclusion： Peripartum cardiomyopathy with heart failure patients should be treated as soon as possible to avoid induction of PPCM.
