810nm半导体激光联合皮肤护理治疗面部寻常痤疮疗效观察

Clinical Observation of 810 nm Diode Laser Combined with Skin Care in the Treatment of Facial Acne Vulgaris

目的:观察810 nm半导体激光联合皮肤护理治疗面部寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法:110例寻常痤疮患者随机分为治疗组65例:半导体激光联合面部皮肤护理治疗组;对照组45例:半导体激光治疗组。两组患者均进行一个疗程的半导体激光治疗。结果:治疗组痤疮皮损改善有效率(90.77%)明显高于对照组(71.11%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:810 nm半导体激光联合皮肤护理治疗面部寻常痤疮疗效优于单纯半导体激光治疗。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of 810 nm diode laser combined with skin care in the treatment of facial acne vulgaris. Methods： 110 patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into the treatment group（65 cases）： laser combined with facial skin care treatment group; and the control group（45 cases）： diode laser treatment group. Both groups were performed diode laser for a course. Results： The improvement rate of acne lesions in the treatment group was significantly higher（90.77%）than that of the control group（71.11%）. There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈 0.01）. Conclusion： 810 nm diode laser combined with skin care treating acne vulgaris has better curative effect than pure diode laser treatment
