临床护理路径在脑血管支架术中的应用效果

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Cerebral Vascular Stent

目的:研究临床护理路径在脑血管支架置入术中的应用效果。方法:将2012年1月至2014年10月150例行脑血管支架置入术患者,随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组采用临床护理路径实施护理,对照组则采用常规护理,出院前进行问卷调查和统计分析。结果:实验组在并发症发生率、健康知识掌握率、医护人员满意度等方面均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用脑血管支架置入临床护理路径方法可以提高患者健康教育掌握率,降低术后并发症发生率。可为患者提供规范化、标准化、流程化的优质护理服务,是一种对患者有利的管理方式,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To evaluated the effect of clinical nursing path in the application of cerebrovascular carotid stenting.Methods： One hundred and fifty cases with cerebrovascular carotid stenting from January 2012 to October 2014 were randomly divided into experimental group（clinical nursing pathway care）and control group（conventional care）.Questionnaire survey were statistical analyzed before discharge. Results： The incidence of complications, the rate of health knowledge mastering, medical staff satisfaction in experimental group were statistical significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical nursing path could provide patients with standardized, process oriented quality care services, improving the health education of patients and reducing the incidence of postoperative complications, which is a good way of patient management and worthy of clinical application.
