高镁粉替代白云石粉烧结实验研究

摘要 为提高烧结矿产质量,降低固体燃耗,采用工业实验的方法进行了高镁粉替代白云石粉可行性研究.结果表明:在莱芜分公司炼铁厂的原料工艺条件下,高镁粉可以作为镁质熔熔剂替代白云石粉,但是烧结矿产质量未达到预期目标,熔剂成本升高太多,使用高镁粉取代白云石粉不经济. In order to improve the sintering quality and quantity, and reduce the solid fuel consumption, the industrial ex- periment has been done by means of replacing fine dolomite with high - grade fine magnesia as magnesia flux. The industri- al production results show that the fine high -grade magnesia can be used as a sinter MgO solvent additive under the raw material process conditions in the Iron works of Laiwu Branch, but the sintering quality and quantity does not achieve the expecting target and the cost of solvent increases obviously, it is not economical for replacing fine dolomite with fine high - grade magnesia.
