同煤集团作为山西省五大煤炭集团之一,已初步建设成为新型综合性能源大集团。但随着近年煤炭需求大幅缩减,销售价格锐减,集团的生存发展面临着严重危机。在严峻的经济环境下,只有坚持走产业转型发展道路才能实现企业的可持续发展,拓展企业的生存空间。产业转型应当在保持传统优势资源产业的同时有针对性地发展非煤产业,保障非煤产业的整体实力,实现产业链的真正延伸。

As one of the five major coal groups in Shanxi province, Datong Coal Mine Group has preliminarily become a new comprehensive great energy group. But in recent years, with the coal demand substantially reduced, sales price dropped, the Groupg survival and development is facing a serious crisis. In the grim economic environment, only insisting on going industrial transformation development way, can enter- prise achieve sustainable development and expand enterprise＇s survival space. Industrial transformation should be a targeted development of non coal industry meanwhile maintaining the traditional advantage resources industries, safeguarding the overall strength of non coal industry, truly achieve the extension of industrial chain.
