管理人员落实安全文化工作的几点思考

摘要 企业的安全生产离不开人的自觉,实践证明,仅仅依靠制度的硬约束对安全行为管控是远远不够的,必须通过培育正确的安全价值观、态度、能力和行为方式,使每一名员工从精神素质和行为规范上实现本质型安全,才能实现企业长治久安。而要达到上述要求,管理人员带头践行和落实是关键,从思想观念、素质提升、机制建设等方面阐述了管理人员带头落实安全文化重要性和推进落实的方式方法。 The safety in production of enterprises cannot do without the people's consciousness. Practice has proved that the hard constraints Of the system is far from enough to control safety behavior, safety must be adopted to cultivate correct values, attitudes, skills and behaviors, so that every employee is safe intrinsically from the spiritual quality and behaviors, only in this way can enterprises realize the long period of stability. To achieve the above requirements, the key is that management personnel should take the imitative to practice and implement. This paper expounds the importance that management personnel take the imitative to implement safety culture and the methods to promote the implementation from the aspects of ideology, quality promotion, and mechanism construction.
