职业学校大课间跑操的可行性分析——以泰州机电高职校为例

摘要 职业学校学生普遍存在着意志力薄弱,不爱学习,做什么事不能持之以恒,对运动不感兴趣,大课间活动流于形式。通过对泰州机电高职校大课间跑操的可行性分析,跑操不但能提高学生的身体素质,还能养成许多良好的行为习惯,培养学生的集体主义观念和团队精神。 Vocational school students generally have weak willpower, do not love learning, cannot stick to what is doing, are not interested in exercise, which leads to the long break activities become a mere formality. Through the feasibility analysis of running exercises during the long break time in Taizhou Higher Vocational School of Mechanical & Electrical Technology, this paper points out running exercises not only can improve the physical quality of the students, but also develop many good habits, cultivate students'collectivism concept and team spirit.
