摘要
具有智能计件功能的无刷电动螺丝刀可避免工人装配出错,保证产品质量,提升工作效率。在已开发的无刷电动螺丝刀数字控制系统的基础上,增加智能计件功能模块,详细叙述数码管显示电路、按键设定电路、蜂鸣器提示电路和红外光电开关等组成的智能计件模块的设计,并讨论智能计件控制策略,最后试制了样机并进行了操作验证。
The electric screwdriver driven by brushless DC motor and possessing intelligent piece function can help to avoid errors in complex assembly work and ensure quality and efficiency. This paper introduces the design of this type of screwdriver based on the digital control system for brushless electric screwdrivers already developed. The total module of intelligent piece function circuit is composed of the LED display circuit, key pressing circuit, the buzzer circuit, the infrared photoelectric switch. The control strategy of the intelligent piece function is also discussed. A prototype is trial-manufactured with its effectiveness practically verified.
