摘要
农业科研院所在农业科技创新和农业现代化建设中发挥着不可替代的作用,党的"十八大"提出实施创新驱动发展战略,农业科技创新也是重中之重,要实现这个战略,"人"是决定性因素,特别是青年科技人员的培养更是当务之急。通过调研,分析青年科技人才成长成才的制约因素,并对我国农业科研院所的青年科技人才培养提出意见和建议。
The academies and institutes of agricultural science play non-replaceable roles in sci-tech innovation and modernization of agriculture. At the 18 th National CPC Congress, the strategy of innovation-driven development was put forward and the sci-tech innovation in agriculture is an important content of it.Talents, the young sci-tech talents in particular, are a decisive factor to the development via implementing the strategy. The issue of cultivating young sci-tech talents thus emerges as a top priority. In this paper, the constraints on the development of young sci-tech talents are analyzed, and comments on and suggestions for their cultivation are given based on a survey.
