摘要
工业现场安全防护越来越受到人们的重视。为了满足复杂几何形状的固定危险区域、移动危险区域(如无人搬运车)的安全防护需求,本文研究了一种基于脉冲激光测距、二维扫描的激光安全扫描仪,测距精度±6cm,能可靠探测半径4m、190°的二维区域内反射率低至1.8%、高至100%的物体,且可根据实际需求将扫描区域轮廓配置成任意几何形状。该激光安全扫描仪属于1类激光产品,且符合标准IEC61496中type3电敏防护装置安全要求。
A 2d laser security scanner based on plused laser ranging technology has been studied in the text, the ranging accuracy of which is ＋/-6cm. It can reliably detect the objects of reflectivity from 1.8% to 100%. According to actual demand, the scanning area can be configured to be arbitrary geometric shapes. The laser security scanner belongs to Class 1 laser product, which conforms to the safety requirements of type 3 electro- sensitive protective equipment in the IEC61496 standard.
