海南省十个不同产地飞机草中芹菜素的含量测定

Determination of Apigenin in the Herb of Chromolaena odorata Collected from Ten Different Habitats in Hainan Province

目的建立飞机草中芹菜素的含量测定方法,并比较海南省10个不同产地飞机草中芹菜素的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以Diamonsil C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）为分析柱,流动相为甲醇-0.4%醋酸（53：47）,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长为360 nm,柱温为30℃。结果芹菜素的线性范围为0.016 5~0.495μg,平均回收率为100.5%,RSD为2.34%,10个产地飞机草中芹菜素的含量范围为0.20~0.40 mg·g-1。结论该方法简单、准确、重复性好,可用于飞机草中芹菜素的含量测定,10个不同产地飞机草中芹菜素的含量差别较小。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of apigenin in C. odorata and compare the content of apigenin in 10 samples collected from different habitats in Hainan Province. Methods The separation was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） by HPLC, with methanol-0.4% acetic acid solution（53 ： 47） as the mobile phase. The fl ow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 360 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear range of apigenin was 0.016 5 ~ 0.495 μg,and the average recovery was 100.5% with RSD 2.34%. The content of apigenin in 10 samples was in the range of 0.20 ~ 0.40 mg·g-1. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and could be used for the quantitative determination of apigenin in C. odorata. The difference in the content of apigenin in C. odorata between ten different habitats was small.
