摘要 目的比较GC-MS和GC-MS/MS在灵芝农残分析中性能的差异,并考察时间锁定库对未知农药样品的定性筛查能力。方法灵芝样品加入一定量的农药标准品,分别采用GC-MS和GC-MS/MS进行分析,比较两种仪器的稳定性和灵敏度,同时采用GC-MS对含有未知农药的灵芝样品进行定性筛查和定量测定。结果在测试10 ppb以下低浓度化合物时,使用GC-MS/MS有较好的峰形和响应,不会受基质的干扰,而使用GC-MS时目标化合物会部分受基质干扰。研究还采用时间锁定库对68种农药进行了系统筛查。结论气质联用可以较好地进行灵芝农残的分析,其包含的时间锁定库可在缺少相应标准品的情况下,对各种农药成分进行定性筛查。本研究也为中药种植、生产企业准备2015年版《中国药典》有关中药安全性指标检测提供一些思路与参考。 Objective To compare the performance of GC-MS and GC-MS/MS in analysis of pesticide residues in Ganoderma lucidum, and to investigate the application of retention time locking in pesticide analysis. Methods Pesticides were added to samples of Ganoderma lucidum, which were then determined by GC-MS and GC-MS/MS. The results were compared in terms of stability and sensitivity. Moreover, GC-MS coupled with retention time locking database was employed to test the samples with unknown pesticides. Results GCMS/MS presented better responses and peak shapes for pesticides below 10 ppb, while GC-MS was affected by matrix effects. 68 pesticides were further analyzed by retention time locking. Conclusion GC-MS was suitable for pesticides analysis, and retention time locking database was helpful when lacking of authentic standards. This study provided a reference for TCM companies for ensuring the safety requirements listed in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
