摘要
目的研究黄槐决明叶的化学成分。方法应用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据进行分析和结构鉴定。结果分离得到了五个化合物化合物(I-V)。分别鉴定为:邻羟基苯甲酸(o-droxy-benzoicaci)(Ⅰ),大黄酚(chrysophenol)(Ⅱ),16-碳酸-1-甘油酯(1-glycerol hexadecoate)(III),豆甾醇(stigmasterol)(IV),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)(V)。结论化合物I-V均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Cassia surattensis Burm. F. Methods Chemical constituents were isolated by multi-chromatographic methods. Their structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. Results Five compounds were obtained and identified as o-droxybenzoicaci(Ⅰ), chrysophenol(Ⅱ), 1-glycerol hexadecoate(III), stigmasterol(IV), β- sitosterol(V). Conclusion All these compounds were isolated from this plant for the fi rst time.
