摘要
现代管理学教学过程中学生较难将碎片化知识有序化,根据社会认知理论,应强化师生之间的交互作用,形成学生作为知识主体的自我构建。教师应着力创建良好的课堂知识生态,拓宽知识广度、延伸课堂时空,提高学生课堂的参与度。
It is difficult for students to reorder the fragmented knowledge in modem management teaching. Based on so- cial cognitive theory, self-construction of students' being knowledge subjects should be realized by strengthening the interac- tion between teachers and students. Teachers should focus on creating a good classroom knowledge ecology, widening the breadth of knowledge and classroom space,to improve students class participation.
