实验教学资源与科研资源合理配置及利用探讨

A Probe on Rational Allocation and Utilization of Resources Experiment Teaching and Scientific Research

由于存在管理体制、考核方法以及利益分配等方面的问题,高校实验教学资源与科研资源存在相对独立的现象,使得很多仪器设备重复购置,资源利用效率不高。应将教学资源与科研资源统一规划、统筹管理,并实行实验室开放,以提高实验资源的整体利用效率。

Due to problems in management system, assessment methods and the distribution of benefits, reaourees of experiment teaching and scientific research are independently utilized, resulting in much repetitive equipment purchase, and low efficiency of resource utilization. Resources for teaching and scientific research should be integrated and planned, and should be managed as a whole. Laboratories should be open to all for a higher overall utilization efficiency.
