Financing and Insurance Service about Scientific and Technological Achievement Commercialization

围绕科技成果转化、融资、保险三者有机结合的资源配置方式,分析政府的主导或引导的角色定位,探讨科技成果转化融资风险可保性问题,阐述专家在可转化科技成果融资保险服务项目评审或认证中权责以及风险补偿基金建立的方式与手段,并就科技成果转化融资保险服务体系建设中政府管理职责、累计经验信息、信息平台建设、现代保险服务地位、补偿基金的建立等方面提出五点建议。

The financing insurance of scientific and technological achievement commercialization as well as the role of government in the work are discussed. The review of financing insurance project for achievements that can be commercialized, as well as the ways to crate risk compensation fund are also studied. Besides, some advice about the government function in management, accumulating experience and information, information platform construc- tion, insurance service and compensation fund foundation is given.
