摘要
依靠实地调查研究,从事实分析入手,通过劳动争议仲裁案件中的相关数据推导出丹东地区企业劳动争议的现状,分析争议产生的原因,总结企业人力资源管理中存在的法律风险,并结合实际提出改善劳动关系,降低人力资源管理法律风险的建议。
The present situation of labor dispute in enterprises in Dandong is investigated through analysis on relevant data of labor dispute cases. Besides, the reasons for the disputes and the legal risk in enterprise human re-source management are analyzed. Finally, some advice about improving labor relations and reducing the legal risk in human resource management are given.
