摘要
本文对含Zn56%、F0.8%、C14.0%的氧化锌烟尘采用湿法洗涤脱除氟氯进行了研究。试验结果表明,在液固比1.5:1、温度为25℃、时间30min、搅拌速度300r/min、Na2CO3加入率8.5%的条件下,经过五级逆流湿法洗涤后,得到的洗涤渣含F、C1分别降低到0.06%和0.11%,F、Cl脱除率分别达到92.8%和97.2%;对脱氟氯洗涤烟尘的三段逆流浸出试验结果表明,浸出液的Zn^2+、F-、Cl-含量可以满足锌电解新液的基本质量要求。
Removal of fuorine and chlorine from zinc oxide dust (Zn56%. F0. 8%. Cl4. 0%) by alkaline cleaning with sodium carbonate were studied in this paper. The results show that F and C1 removal rates are 92. 8% and 97. 2% respectively under the optimum conditions including ratio of liquid to solid of 1.5 : 1, temperature of 25℃, washing time of 30 min, mix- ing speed of 300 r/min, and sodium carbonate addition is 8. 5% of zinc oxide dust quantity. After 5--stage reversal flow clean- ing, the F and Cl of residue can be reduced to 0. 06% and 0. 11% respectively. The Zn^2+ , F- , Cl- content of the leaching liq- uid from 3--stage of countercurrent leaching can meet the basic quality of zinc electrolysis.
