AerMet100高强钢胎模锻工艺有限元模拟研究

摘要 本文对AerMet100高强钢深桶型锻件进行工艺分析和设计,并通过Deform-3D有限元数值模拟验证了工艺设计的合理性。首先,通过合理确定加工工步,得到了深桶锻件较为合理的中间毛坯形状、尺寸和其在模具中的较佳放置位置。其次,通过模拟分析了AerMet100钢在大变形体积成形过程中金属流动规律及各个工序中应力、应变及温度分布,并发现桶型锻件盲孔内壁为难成形和易出现缺陷的部位,研究结果为工程应用提供了参考。 In this paper, the high strength AerMet100 steel deep barrel forging is analyzed and designed, and then the val- idation and the rationality of the technological design are examined through Deform--3D finite element analysis. Firstly, after determining processing steps, the reasonable blank shape, size and the better placed in the mold is designed. Secondly, through finite element simulation, the deformation law, stress, strain and temperature distribution of AerMet100 steel in the various processes .are analyzed accordingly. It is found the blind hole wall of barrel forgings is the difficult forming parts, where are easy to produce defects. The design and simulation results can provide valuable reference for engineering applica-tion.
