我们正处在一个飞速发展的时代，相对一个制造快乐的行业，饭店业是一个以服务为核心与灵魂的行业，服务贯穿于饭店产业和宾客消费饭店产品的全过程，饭店服务的运作水平直接决定了饭店的管理水平。饭店在中国的发展是一个循序渐进的过程，从最初的客栈到现在的五星级大饭店，不断的进步与发展，但同时也存在一些不足，这就要求作为饭店经营管理的我们在实践中不断的去发现问题，解决问题，最终让饭店管理与经营与时俱进的发展，服务于我们的顾客。

Hotel is an industry which takes service as the core and soul. The service runs through the whole process of the hotel industry and the product. Hotel service level directly determines the hotel management level. The hotel in China has been developing from inn to the present five stars hotel. But there have been some shortages. This demands us to find and solve the problems, and finally let the hotel management develop with the times and serve our customers.
