摘要 急性鼻窦炎在儿童中的发病率非常高,常由上呼吸道感染后引起,在疾病发展过程中,鼻腔和鼻窦黏膜急性感染,出现充血肿胀、渗出增多,患儿出现鼻塞、流涕等症状。眼眶作为与鼻窦关系最为密切的结构,最容易受累。严重的眶蜂窝织炎除可以导致视觉受累外,也可以引起颅内感染,产生致命性并发症,故早期合理治疗非常重要。既往曾有报道产生眶内并发症时应及时手术,行鼻窦镜下切开引流〔1-2〕,取得了良好效果。考虑患儿年龄小,
