气候变化问题是近年国际社会关注的一大焦点。气候领域的全球治理基本上是在一套以国际"软法"为主导的体系下进行的。俄裔法国学者科耶夫的"正义模型"理论对于探究气候问题中的国际"软法"现象具有创新性启示:各国应在捍卫国家利益的同时承担起国际责任,国际社会也需继续为气候环境改善做出努力。

The problem of climate change is a major focus of the international community in recent years. Global governance in the field of climate is basically in a system dominated by the international ＂Soft Law＂. It has the creative inspiration using French scholar Koev＇s ＂Justice Model＂ theory to explore the international ＂Soft Law＂ in the climate problem： each country should take up the international responsibility when defending the national interests, and the international community also should continue to make efforts to improve the climate environment.
