高校辅导员责任感的培养是其职业成长的重要路径,职业成长是高校辅导员责任感培养的价值诉求。由此可见,高校辅导员责任感的培养与其职业成长具有诸多的逻辑关联。环视当下,高校辅导员责任感的培养工作存在很多不足,与其职业成长的要求还有一定的距离。鉴于此,高校在培养辅导员责任感时,务必要按照辅导员职业成长的要求,推动培养的价值取向、内容体系、方式手段、平台与载体、环境氛围与评价机制等方面的创新发展,建构起适应高校辅导员工作职业化、科学化与专业化发展的责任感培养机制,以此不断提振高校辅导员的职业成长境界。

The cultivation of college counselors＇ responsibility is an important path of their career growth, and the career development is their value of responsibility. Thus, they both have a lot of logic relationship. Nowadays, many problems exist, and the training can＇t meet their career development requirements. So, the university must follow the requirements of career growth, to do the innovation and development of promoting the cultivation of the value orientation, content system, means, platform and carrier, environment and evaluation mechanism, to construct the training mechanism suitable for their professional, scientific and professional work development.
