论新升本科院校图书馆馆员的职业能力提升——以广西民族师范学院图书馆为例

The Improvement of Librarian's Professional Ability in Newly Built Colleges:Take Guangxi National Normal University Library as an Example

随着网络信息技术的发展,新升本科院校图书馆的服务模式发生了极大变化。升本前,图书馆服务主要是源于实体馆藏的服务,对图书资源的管理和利用存在诸多不足。升本后,图书馆的管理与服务工作信息化是发展的必然趋势,远程服务、全天候服务模式的改变对图书馆馆员的职业能力提出了更高要求。通过分析当前本科院校图书馆馆员职业能力现状,给出对策建议。

with the development of network information technology,in the newly built colleges and universities library new service pattern has changed greatly. Before this,the library service is mainly derived from entity collection services,and management and utilization of the books are not enough. After this,the informatization of library management and service work is inevitable,and the changing mode of the remote service in the library and all-weather services makes higher requirements to librarian＇s professional ability.Based on the analysis of library librarian professional ability,this paper presents a new suggestions of librarians＇ professional ability.
