摘要
教师实践智慧正受到前所未有的关注,教师实践智慧的相关研究也较为丰富,但学界对教师实践智慧本质的理解却存在较大的分歧。教师实践智慧是教师的一种综合素养,它由实践伦理、实践知识和实践思维三个方面的要素构成。其中,实践伦理提供价值导向,实践知识提供智力支持,实践思维提供思维保障,这三个要素,环环相扣,相互促进,共同构成教师实践智慧的整体。
Teacher's practical wisdom is under unprecedented attention, the related research is relatively abundant, but there is a big differences to the understanding of the teacher's practical wisdom in the academic circles. Teacher's practical wisdom is a kind of comprehensive qualities, it consists of three elements, "practical ethics" 、 "practical knowledge" and "practice thinking". Among them, "practical ethics" provides value guidance, "practice knowledge" provides intellectual support and "practical thinking" provides the thought guarantee, the three elements linked closely and promote each other, they constitute the whole of teacher's practical wisdom.
