电视机遥控器上下盖一模生产的注塑模具设计

Design of Injection Mould for Covers of TV Remote Controller

利用UG软件,结合注塑模具设计原则,对电视机遥控器上下盖注塑模具的分型面、成型零部件、模架、浇注系统、温度调节系统及顶出机构进行了设计,实现了遥控器上下盖一模两腔同时生产;而且可在浇注系统中增设流道入子,实现单件生产,可满足不同产品的需求。该方法可为其他上下盖盒类塑件生产提供参考。

Using UG software and combining the principle of injection mold design, the remote controller of the television cover injection mold parting surface, molding parts, die carrier, pouring system, temperature regulation system and the ejecting mechanism design were designed to realize the production of the remote control cover one module and two cavities at the same time. Moreover, the runner was added into the gating system to realize the single production, which could meet the needs of different products. The method could provide reference for other upper and lower cover plastic parts.
