半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂——胱抑素C(Cystatin C)参与了机体许多生理和病理过程,与某些疾病的发生、发展及预后相关联。最新研究表明,Cystatin C与心血管疾病如冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、心力衰竭、原发性高血压等有密切关系。本文就Cystatin C与心血管疾病之间的关系进行综述。

Cystatin C （Cys C）, one of inhibitors of cysteine proteinases, is involved in many physiological and pathological processes, and is associated with the occurrence, development and prognosis of certain diseases. The lastest researches show that Cystatin C is also closely related to cardiovascular diseases, such as coronary atheroscle-rotic heart disease, heart failure, hypertension. This review mainly discusses the association between Cystatin C and cardiovascular diseases.
