Survey on professional knowledge and ability of medical personnel about the free preconception eugenic health check in Guangzhou

目的 了解广州市免费孕前优生健康检查服务医护人员专业认知及能力.方法 于2013年9-12月,从广州市62间开展免费孕前优生健康检查的定点服务机构内随机抽取210名医护人员,采用访谈及问卷进行调查,回收有效问卷208份.结果 被调查人员对免费孕前优生健康检查服务政策及孕前保健知识的平均答对率分别为85.33%和94.07%;认为目前咨询指导服务能满足目标人群需求者仅115名（55.3%）;多元逐步回归分析显示,目前主要从事工作（OR=1.317）及工作年限（OR=1.368）、自评是否需要培训（OR=9.595）及具备提供服务能力（OR=1.471）为“目前咨询指导服务能否满足群众需求”的最主要影响因素（P〈0.001）.结论 我市免费孕前优生健康检查医护人员专业认知存在一定的提升空间,应重视人员综合能力培训,强化大公共卫生服务观念,加大惠民政策宣传,以提高服务社会效益、实现出生缺陷一级预防的目的.

Objective To understand the level of professional knowledge and ability of medical person-nel responsible for free preconception eugenic health check in Guangzhou. Methods A total of 210 medical per-sonnel from 62 fixed service organizations responsible for free preconception eugenic health check were investi-gated by interview and questionnaire between September and December in 2013, with 208 valid questionnaires re-turned. Results Average correct rate of the knowledge surveyed on personnel about free preconception eugenic health check service policy and pre-pregnancy eugenic health was 85.33%and 94.07%. A total of 115 people （55.3%） regarded that the counseling service can meet the demand of the target population. Multivariate stepwise regression showed that profession at present （OR=1.317） and length of service （OR=1.368）, self-reported training need （OR=9.595） and service ability （OR=1.471） were the main influencing factors which can meet the demand of the masses （P〈0.001）. Conclusion There has certain promotion space about the professional knowledge of medical personnel re-sponsible for free preconception eugenic health check in Guangzhou. In order to improve the social benefits of free preconception eugenic health check and achieve the purpose of primary prevention of birth defects, we should pay more attention to the comprehensive ability training, enhance awareness of the main public health service, and in-crease the favorable policy propaganda.
