Analysis on the Influencing Factors of the Old School District School Buildings in Zhengzhou City

本文以郑州市19个大学校园老校区校舍再利用情况为样本,对高校老校区校舍的使用现状进行调查研究,分析各种设施的使用特征;并对大学校园老校区内各种校舍的现状使用产生影响的因素进行分析,深入探究区域特征、特色专业、校园规模等因素对大学校园老校区校舍再利用状况产生的影响。

Taking zhengzhou city 19 university old campus building reuse as samples,study the current situation of the usage of the old campus of colleges and universities,analysis of characteristics of the use of various facilities.This paper analyzes the various factors influenced by the present usage of old campus buildings.It also explores the factors such as regional characteristics,featured speciality and campus scale into the old campus building reuse condition.
