摘要
通过大量商业案例,将购物中心的典型平面动线归纳分类,并通过空间句法——这一空间分析方法,分别对各类动线平面进行分析,研究比较其空间整合度,从而判断复杂商业空间中不同区域的可达性、可视性,进而预测将来使用的人流量,并据此细分、布置各类业态及设施。
Based on a large number of commercial cases, the typical plans of the shopping center were classified. By using space syntax, analyzed those typical plans and learned about accessibility and visibility of different areas in the shopping center. Furthermore, proposals for commercial space framework are put forward by comparing those different samples.
