村庄规划公众参与研究——以厦门市茂林村为例

Analysis on Public Participation of Village Planning——Take Maolin Village in Xiamen as Example

公众参与能够有效促进村庄规划的实施。通过在茂林村进行问卷调研及深度访谈,对农村居民参与村庄规划的意愿、限制因素和参与方式进行分析。虽然目前村庄规划的参与度较低,但村民的参与愿望比较强烈。由于受到经济与文化教育因素的限制,需要通过规划知识讲座等多种方式促进村民参与,进而有效推动村庄规划发展。

Village planning could be implemented effectively by public participation. Based on the survey in Maolin village, this paper analyze on participation willingness of villagers, limiting factor and participation methods in village planning. Villagers have strong desire to participation even though the degree of participation is low. Due to the limitation of economy and education, it is imperative to carry out various methods such as lectures on planning knowledge to promote villagers participation, and promote the development of village planning.
