项家大院是位于徐州市车村,由于该村于煤矿塌陷区,正在进行搬迁。因而项家大院的保护工作刻不容缓。从建筑保护的成本、构件搬运、构件保护、传统做法、技术手段等几个方面进行衡量,决定采用原拆原建的方式进行保护,使建筑避免在保护的过程中出现二次破坏。
