摘要
喷涂硬质聚氨酯泡沫用作保温材料时,具有优良的隔热保温性能、防火性能及使用寿命长的优点。介绍了近年来国内喷涂硬质聚氨酯泡沫的研究进展,其作为保温材料实际应用时存在的问题,即阻燃性能有待提高、<15℃时喷涂较难完成和喷涂施工过程中存在有害有机气体的挥发,以及相应的解决方法,即通过添加阻燃组分、采用新型非热敏催化剂及高性能催化剂的方法予以解决。提出研发无臭氧破坏泡沫,以及低成本的低烟、低毒、无污染的无卤高效阻燃喷涂硬质聚氨酯泡沫是今后努力的方向。
The advantages of spray rigid polyurethane foam as thermal insulation material are excellent thermal insulation performance, good fireproof performance and long service lifetime. The research progress of domestic spray rigid polyurethane foam in recent years, problems exist in the practical application of heat preservation material which are that the flame retardation should be improved, spraying is really hard when temperature is less than 15 ℃ and volatilization of harmful organic gas during the spray process and corresponding solutions as adding flame retardant component, adopting novel non-thermal catalyst and high performance catalyst were introduced. Research and development of ozone free break foam was proposed. It is pointed out that the research of ozone free broken foam and cost-effective low smoke, low mammalian toxicity, no pollution, no halogen, high efficiency and flame retardant spray rigid polyurethane foam is the work direction in the future.
