摘要
峰峰集团所属各矿普遍采用聚氨酯封孔和水泥砂浆封孔等方法进行钻孔瓦斯抽采。但在松软岩(煤)层裂隙发育区抽采瓦斯时,存在因封孔质量差、瓦斯浓度低、预抽期长、抽采效率低下等问题。通过优化钻孔封孔工艺,研究采用"全孔下护孔筛管"、"两堵一注"封孔技术,延长了钻孔有效抽采时间,加快了工作面瓦斯抽采达标进程,对峰峰矿区抽采钻孔高效利用、瓦斯高效抽采及矿井安全生产具有重要的意义。
Mines of Fengfeng Group mostly adopted polyurethane sealing hole and cement mortar hole sealing to conduct drilling gas extraction. When extracting soft rock( coal) gas layer fracture zone, is with problems of sealing quality, low gas concentration, long pre-draining time, low extraction efficiency. By optimizing drilling hole sealing process, full hole with protective hole screen and two plug and one injection were adopted to seal hole and extend drilling effective extraction time,accelerate the process of the gas extraction face, with important significance to efficient use of drilling extraction, gas extraction and the mine safety production of Fengfeng Mine.
